Service suitability of marine stop valves

Marine stop valves are valve devices specifically manufactured for ships. They are made of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, brass, and cast steel, and feature two flange connection structures: straight-through (A/AS) and right-angle (B/BS). This product integrates both shut-off and check valve functions, enabling stable operation under pressures of 1.0-6.4 MPa. It is suitable for various media, including freshwater, lubricating oil, fuel oil, and steam at 300-400℃. Through innovative protective components and optimized sealing structures, it solves the technical challenges of seawater corrosion and mechanical impact commonly encountered in marine environments.
Suitable for pipe systems with DN20-300mm, operating temperature ranges from -29℃ to 400℃. It can withstand PN16 pressure in nitric acid media, with a maximum strength test pressure of 9.6 MPa. Models equipped with electric actuators in ship fuel systems can reduce opening and closing times to 8 seconds.
